So, in today's episode momoshiki was eating a chakra fruit (Even tho, i thought he only eats the chakra pills} So, shouldn't he have the same immortality as Kaguya? or at least powerful regen like she did?

I know they differ in power, but i assumed that regeneration & immoratlity is a default thing you get once the chakra fruit is eaten. I guess, not then.

Seemed like it, but his "ghost" didn't look the spirits we've seen in shippuden. He even looked alive.
