Obito was made of chakra in the afterlife.

People that have died take their chakra to the afterlife, or they transmigrate it, or both.


Basically, all chakra isn't gathered by simply finishing IT. The Fruit won't form unless ALL CHAKRA is gathered in one place.



That is why Kaguya needed a WZ army. She plans to take chakra away from all the souls that has it.

WZ can absorb chakra and Kaguya probably has a way of making them interact with spirits.

I support your theory. Since Obito can warp himself to the Impure World with his power, I think Kaguya did know how to do it.
Obito said that changing dimension tech that she displays bears resemblance to Kamui.
Based on that, we can conclude that somehow Obito figures out how to transport himself to Impure World, since the afterlife may be one of her dimensions
