I was granted access to CES and it's related taijutsu from the recent tournament. Let's knock this out @Imperfect

Since Chakra Enhanced Taijutsu isn't particularly complicated, you are literally just using Chakra to enhance your strength, I won't ask you to describe what it is. So let's start with the technique itself, then we'll run through the related techniques.

( Chakura Chikara ) - Chakra Enhanced Strength

Description: A technique that uses the refine chakra control and concentration required in medical ninjutsu to enhance one's strength to monstrous levels. This is done by storing chakra into one's hands or feet and releasing it onto the target with pinpoint timing. With this strength, the user can decimate the ground or even kill opponents with a single strike.

Note: Can only be used by Sakura, Momoshiki, Sarada or Tsunade bios.

Gotcha. CES is pretty simple, and what you touched on above is pretty much what it does.

There is one question I had regarding CES itself though. The unique this about taijitsu has always been that fact that since it's chakraless, you could make use of it alongside chakra costing moves as long as it made sense movement wise. With CES adding chakra to basically all of your taijitsu, then is this unique trait lost? Or would you still be able to use taijitsu or even chakraless kenjutsu alongside a ninjutsu technique that uses chakra as well?

An example of this would be like using a chakraless sword technique and empowering it with lightning chakra to increase it's cutting power. Now if I had CES active and my kenjutsu strike boosted by it, would I still be able to make use of the lightning tech to empower the strike in the same TF?

As mentioned on Discord, CES itself is a technique that merely adds additional Chakra to your strikes, increasing their strength, so you can use it alongside techniques that use Chakra. Whether or not you're allowed to apply something that states it's a Taijutsu boost to a sword strike though, I am unsure. I would consult Zat, and failing that, LoK for a clear answer.

So here's the first batch of techniques. They all utilize the same principle as the CES technique itself, and are just variations on Rank, damage, range, and end result, so only ask any questions you may have.

( Ōkashō ) - Cherry Blossom Impact

Range: Short
Chakra: 30 - 50
Damage: 60 - 90
Description: While some may see it as "superhuman strength", this technique is actually an application of medical ninjutsu that demands the ability to concentrate and minute chakra control. An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later, all of it it is gathered into the fist or leg. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock in an area short range all around, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".

( Shōgeki no Nami Hana )- Shock Wave Blossom

Description: The user, with her super strength, punches the ground causing a powerful tremor through the field. This forces standing targets to be knocked down and the earth shattered.

( Shinkyaku ) - Quaking Leg

Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will concentrate chakra into her leg and then stomp down at the opponent, causing devastating damage. This can be used to cause targets to pop high into the air, allowing the user to attack them while they are airborne.

It has been said a few times now, especially by LoK, that anything that boosts taijutsu also boosts kenjutsu as ken falls under the tai category. So CES would also boost sword techniques.

For this one, does the scattered pieces of pulverized earth do damage to an opponent as well or is it only when physical contact is made with their body that does damage?

You learn something new every day. I didn't know it was compartmentalized like that, but it does make sense, lol. Good shit.

For Cherry Blossom Impact, the wording implies that the energy is expended in the actual punch/ kick, and the mention of debris, at least in my opinion, is just flavor text for where the technique gets its name. If you expended that energy to destroy the ground beneath your feet, and not hit the target, it makes sense the damage doesn't carry over to the debris. Backing this up is the fact that the technique doesn't mention the debris being used to damage, and the techniques range being Short. It also uses the word "excess" in relation to how the shockwave is generated, implying it isn't actually an intentional, offensive aspect to the technique, but I could be wrong.

The user concentrates their chakra into their fist and simply lands a devastating full punch blow on the target, sending him flying up to long range if met with no resistance in its way. Targets hit, due to its power and impact, will suffer bone-breaking effects and will trigger the 40% General Body Health Effects. In addition, the technique can also be used to defend against corporeal ninjutsu attacks such as Earth and Wind up to the same rank.

( Tsūtenkyaku ) - Heavenly Foot of Pain

Description: This technique is simply a falling axe kick. The user concentrates their incredible strength into his or her heel and foot and strikes the enemy from above, slamming them into the earth with great force. It was shown that when it strikes the ground it results in a gigantic crater ( mid-range all around, up to 5 meters deep ) that can greatly injure an opponent caught in its short-range strike zone. The technique can also be used against corporeal ninjutsu techniques such as those from Earth Release.

( 1000m Panchi ) - 1000m Punch

Targets hit, due to its power and impact, will suffer bone-breaking effects and will trigger the 80% General Body Health Effects. In addition, the technique can also be used to defend against corporeal ninjutsu attacks such as Earth and Wind up to the same rank. If the user punches the ground, the chakra released will produce a massive shockwave that shatters and crushes the earth up to mid-range deep and is capable of leveling a landmark, leaving behind an enormous crater. The technique is so powerful it can be used against boss summons or gigantic enemies with no noticeable result change.

No problem. Thanks for asnwering the question regarding cherry blossom impact. In regards to the Tai boosts applying to ken, it makes sense for some things, but not for all. It is neat though.

A simple punch that sends the opponent flying back. I also like the fact that it can be used to defend against corporeal attacks. No questions.

Much damage, great destruction. One question, the shockwave does damage as well right? Just want to clarify it it damages opponent's as well when it crushed the ground as it levels the entire landmark.
