That's because Sage Mode greatly enhances raw physical strength. It's not what Tsunade and Sakura do. Besides, Sakura and Tsunade have already displayed physical power above SM Naruto's capabilities.

I only see a small boulder from that
but who knows how strong she is after mastering her teachers abilities
but that is all hypothetical until we see something (so far we saw that Gaiden anime thing at least).

A) Shizune not being able to do byakugou has nothing to do with CES
B) Madara stating she is stronger then the Rain age isn't him being impressed, rather her self healing afterwords without weaving hand signs was the thing that impressed him
C) don't bring your fanfiction into your arguments since CES isn't suppose to be a hard to acquire move... let alone it sharing similarities to other enhanced modes
Again like how everyone else eventually agreed in this thread, certain elite don't do it since they have a focus on other abilities
The move is open for anyone who meets the requirements, hence why a clan less person learnt it

Yeah literally everyone who uses chakra enhancing is CES. But sakura and Tsunade's techniques arent merely "chakra enhancing" as you say. Theres a reason why tsunade was called the strongest kunoichi and her technique made her stronger than someone with a physical strength on par with 3rd raikage like Ae even with the lightened rock technique which increases his speed and further amplifies his technique (Speed increases Mass), according to Madara. That amount of delicacy cannot be achieved by normal humans and if you think that can be achieved through training, Ive no more words for how stupid and foolish and gibberishly nonsense that is. Sakura has two minds. She was resistant to a genjutsu which fell naruto, a perfect jin in place. How the hell is she "normal"? Cuz thats what you're basing your unclouded biased opinion off right? "Sakura is clanless so everyone can blah blah".....Shinzune has showed off her medical expertise in various occassions and has been tsunade's disciple so if that was so not special, she would've done it. It has nothing to do with whether you've perfect chakra control or not despite the chakra enhancing description it has. Otherwise such an unique ability which ramps all features of an individual's strength would've been sought after, or learned by various shinobi who all have excellent chakra control. Sasuke has one of the best chakra control, manipulating chidori in various shapes, which is an exceptional feat and naruto can use rasenshuriken which requires extremely precise chakra control to create that shape but none of the two could master this technique. Kakashi who can use rasengan which requires precise chakra control couldnt master this. This should prove how sakura is special and not a commoner like hyuga clowns say.

She has an indra incarnate dad who has a rinnegan with rinnesharingan like tomoe and haiks from the uchiha clan, the most renowned genius of clans of them all according to kakashi far stomping hyuga in every field bar insight and penetrativity. Her mother is a unique human who is three in a million human (including mito), who could master this shit and has been resistant to an illusion which could fully trap a bijuu friendly jinchuuriki and pushed ino's mind transfer technique outta her body with some kind of yet-to-be-revealed unique ability of hers. Show me a scan where the mind transfer technique has been repelled off by normal humans. Then I'll agree Sakura is NorMal.

Fact is, none has come near mastering it and the best medical nin on par with tsunade, who has every requirement met, to master it, couldnt. That's a fact, stupid opinions cant change.
