Chakra Element Inheritance?

I was just asking myself what Minato's Chakra Nature would be and then I thought to myself, do children inherit their Chakra Nature from one of their parents or do they not (this is excluding Uchiha and any Kekkei Genkai)? Would like to see some proof thanks!

well, no, seeing as kakashi had every chakra nature, and the uchiha (i know where you were going with that /fire) are there too. itachi had water, sasuke had lightning.
as far as minato goes, we can only guess.

i doubt that its wind because in the movie him and naruto's rasengan had diff signatures hes was green and naruto was blue........... if that has anything to do with his chakara element

Color is not based on chakra nature. Just how "warm" it is. It has something like character traits in it xD

sasuke main element is fire.

He don't recall him ever using a wind release jutsu and I checked the wiki and it doesn't have a nature for him.

Also thank you all for the clarification, would be cool to find out a lot of characters nature chakras.

Kakashi can naturally use lightning style, but he can use all the other styles because he copied jutsu with his sharingan.
