Chakra Control?

Chakra Control, is it Physical or Mental? Like for instance, if say a trained Naruto's soul was sent back in time. And ended up in his younger body. Would he still have his level of chakra control? Be able to perform his Jutsu and Sage Mode and the like without having to train for them again.

If it's a mental practice, then that indeed should be possible. But if it's physical, he would need to re-train in chakra control because his younger body hadn't ever experienced it before.

I think it's mental. But chakra affinities and Kekkei Genkai's are physical.

Mostly mental, but both. Seeing as how you must balance you mind & body to achieve control.
But if his spirit was to go into her younger self it would work because he would bring his knowledge with him.

It is physical for the amount but mental to be able to use the exact mass into one jutsu so both you could say If naruto could go back in his younger body he would perhaps only master a little version of the rasengan

It's a mixture of both. One has to physically channel his chakra trough his chakra pathway system and to do that you have to mentally concentrate. Overtime you learn how to more effectively and efficiently channel chakra and make the most of it.

Its actually both ... Its kind of muscle memory thing ..for example .l when u first learn to do something ; u have to focus every bit on it .. But as u get familiarised with it thru practise .. U donot have to use much mind ... Got it ?
