Hey everyone, I would like to discuss something a what if
since kaguya basically uses ppl caught in MT as batteries, so lets just say she succeeds in turning everyone into zetsu.
They would be detached from the roots once the transformation is done, right?
Wouldn't that mean kaguya can't refil her chakra anymore since her source of chakra isn't connected anymore?
Unless she can wirelessly sucked out their chakra when they roam around., shes dun goofed :|

That would take all day.
she would have to go around and absorb chakra all around the world.

It won't matter because after IT, she'll have ALL the chakra. That's the point of the technique, to take all her chakra back.
