[Theory] Chakra and the Shinju

The point is that people can't prove that all people in the current storyline has chakra. Why do you think there are villagers that choose to not become shinobi?

If there are few it is reasonable, a possible reason is for instance, a lot of these people were killed in previous war due their lack of chakra.

Then again, there is much lack of information to take things as facts. Even I may be wrong XD.

'Common Knowledge' doesn't mean much. A reasonable, but unproven, assumption can quickly become 'common knowledge' if it's consistent with what we know and there is nothing to contradict it. Until 646, it was entirely reasonable to believe that everyone had chakra. So unless someone can provide me with a direct reference from the manga, I see no reason to believe that all living humans in the Narutoverse have chakra.

Also, simply because every shinobi would be a descendant of the Sage does not mean that anyone could attain the Rinnegan. Out of all the Senju we know of, Hashirama is the only individual who inherited the Sage's 'Body'. Nor does every Uchiha awaken the EMS. So simply mixing the two lines together wouldn't result in someone possessing the Rinnegan.

If that was the case the normal human beings wouldn't have chakra circulatory systems, which mean the healing jutsu used by Tsunade during the pain attack, wouldn't have protected the normal citizens. As a healing jutsu works by forcing chakra into the other human's chakra circulatory system in order to accelerate healing. Proving that all humans have chakra circulatory systems and then by definition chakra. I mean why would everyone have chakra circulatory systems in the first place, if since the dawn of the human race, there has never been any chakra.

The only reason Hashirama was the only person to achieve Mokuton, was because the sage's lineage diluted. If everyone is descended from the Sage, his blood would not have been diluted as much, and everyone would basically be OP.

Your making assumptions again. No where in the manga has it ever been stated that medical ninjutsu requires the patient to have chakra coils to be healed, or that it works that way at all. Also, that's illogical. If he had more descendants, his genetics would be MORE diluted than if it was solely present in two lines.

No because his descendants could only breed with other descendants instead of breeding with shinobi from other clans.

Edit: Ok. I'm going to do something that I dislike doing. I apologize. I cannot find in the manga anything that states that all humans have chakra. Although I think it is highly likely, unless it is proven, your theory is entirely plausible. If most of the Shinobi in the world are represented by the 80000 that took part in the war (disregarding minor countries). Then it is entirely possible that they would all be related to the sage. If you took 2 people and applied the avg world pop growth of 1.14%, after a 1000 years there would be 146000 people.

However your theory hinges on the possibility that only shinobi have chakra, and not the normal villagers.

There is no contradiction. Charka was given to everyone by the Sage. Only after did they have this physical and spritual energy you are talking about.

Nope. They could have married normal, non-chakra using human beings. In fact, that would be the case for the Sage's sons. They would have married women who could not use chakra because that was the only option available. In turn, their children probably married non-chakra users as well, unless they married their siblings.

There were a lot of wars after the Sage's Era. If people with ninjutsu confronted with normal people, a lot of people should have died due Ninjutsu user's adventage.

So basically, due the law of the strongest, people with no chakra is very unlikely to appear, considering that the Great Toad Sage has thousands of years.

It's no big deal. Like I said, it was an entirely reasonable assumption that everyone had chakra, and in fact, it's still possible. It's just difficult to explain given what we currently know if they do. Kishi could reveal something in later chapters to make up for it, but who knows.

Regardless, this theory could still work even if everyone does have chakra. If the Shinju's chakra does form the Chakra Pathway System, then it's possible that the Sage could have distributed it's power to others like Naruto did with Kurama, as another person has already theorized in a previous thread.

Because I'm pointing to Rikudou and Co. having children that were able to use this knowledge, ergo, people WITH the apparatus, or better said, "Rikudou being the Ancestor of Shinobi", talking in terms of bloodline.

But yeah then it defuncts the concept that the Sage traveled around teaching people lol. But if he is the ancestor of all shinobi then everyone would either be part of the senju or uchiha clan.....which isn't true. not everyone has the sharingan or super strong body lol...So logically there must be another explanation.

The Sage did travel around teaching people. But probably not Ninjutsu. Most likely, he traveled around teaching his quasi-religious message of peace, and only taught Ninjutsu to his direct descendants. Eventually, as history blurred the facts about his life and the origin of chakra, the myth became that he went around teaching everyone ninjutsu.

Also, that's illogical. The Elder Son had a Dojutsu that was entirely different from anything else we've seen. Yet the Uchiha clan doesn't have it. It's because traits change and die off through inheritance. We even see this with Naruto. Naruto didn't inherit Kushina's unique chakra despite the fact that she was his mother. Nor did any of Hashirama's descendants inherit his power or his Mokuton. Simply being a descendant of the Sage doesn't mean your going to be a BAMF.

Also, that doesn't mean everyone is either 'Senju' or 'Uchiha'. The Sage and his sons were both members of the Otsutsuki clan. Any sons and grandsons would have carried on the Otsutsuki name, while any daughters would have married into other clans (Likely non-shinobi families, unless they committed incest). Eventually, the Otsutsuki clan went extinct, which means that somewhere down the line male descendants of both the Sage's sons either died before they could have offspring, or only had daughters. Or they simply stopped using the name. Who knows? Either way, the Sage's blood got around into many different families, not just the Senju and the Uchiha even if my theory turns out to be wrong. (There is the Uzumaki, for one.)

Other theorie:

Immagine spiritual energy is not inside the body but diffused in the atmosphere by a living human , a tree evoluted to absorb that energy as well as the physical energy.
When Kaguya ate the fruit of that tree, she ate the spiritual energy it was containing ( and physical?), and was able to mix the 2 energies inside her body after some training.
The energy of the fruit was transmitted by blood.

Everybody diffuses physical energy inside his body and everybody diffuses spiritual energy out of his body.
Shinobis have spiritual energy and a physical.energy boost inside their bodies , from Shinju.
