Chakra is the spirit/ki energy that moves through the chakras throughout the body.
This energy comes from the spirit and from the body.
The more chakra somebody uses the more worn out they are and the harder it is to squeeze it out.
The amount you can get out is determined by your willpower, endurance and skill.
Now reiryoku/spirit power is just like it except it is only from the spirit for shinigami.
For quincy it also uses physical energy.
Reiatsu is the active use of reiryoku.
Reiatsu/spiritual pressure is the release of reiryoku.
The more deadly and focused someone is,
the more reiatsu is released towards an opponent relative to the reiryoku.
The more skill someone has, the less effort and therefore reiatsu is needed to do things.
It can be used defensively like a chakra cloak defensively.
It can be used like genjutsu like when Ichigo felt like Kenpachi was cutting him.
It can enhance any moves or attacks, attacks without spirit behind them are worthless against anyone good.
