Well, you all know that when an equal part of mater comes in contact with anti mater they annihilate each other and release a large amount of energy in its place. Now imagine someone accumulating chakra and anti-chakra and having them collided with each other to destroy large areas. That would be one of the most powerful Jutsus ever made. What do you think?

If you remember in the Chunin exam Orochimaru sealed the flow of the Fox chakra to Naruto, Jiraiya had to release that seal so that Naruto could ones again could draw chakra from the Fox. Now the flow of chakra has a natural limit to it, that's to prevent one from using it all at ones, you use all your chakra you can die, Lee and Guy's gate tech is one tech that get rid of that safety, but the result if taken to the last gate death is the result. If a user has a large chakra reserve like Naruto He is safe, but if you have a small chakra reserve like Kakashi, you end up dead as He did with Pain.

Mater and anti mater do not neutralize each other instead they created vast amount of energy, the same would go for chakra and anti chakra.
