I think it'd fit if he got it...but I don't think he would ever use it. He's too friendly with the Bijuu to try to control them.

That would work against Naruto to restrain the Bijuu like that. Especially since he is trying to win their trust.

Tobi's chains seem to be Linked to his rinnegan, Yet they look similar to what Naruto's mother did to the fox.

I hope he does get them. He could use them to erect a barrier like his mother did. Hopefully he wouldn't use it on the bijuu. It would be like he inheirited FTG from his father and Chakra Chains from his mother. It would be cool if he could use the chains on his enemies to hold them down and then hit them with Rasengan.
