Shin had been on a journey by himself across the Land of Fire. He had traveled far into the woods and came upon an open area that rested next to a river. He looked on at the cool breeze coming from the beautiful, blue river ahead. He could hear its sound and it brought him many happy memories. He smiled and spoke.
"Ah this is a nice resting place. I think I shall sit down here and meditate for a bit."
He lay there on the grass and looked upon the sky. What a wondrous sight it was. The clouds passed by hiding the sun here and there. The weather was a pleasant summer day and one Shin enjoyed greatly. He laughed as he remembered doing such a thing as a kid when he would hide from his teachers. He had been quite the rebel in his younger years and laying there now he felt he hadn't changed much. He closed his eyes and felt the breeze sweep the field and the rustling of leaves...leaves?
"(Surprised) Hrmm? Is someone there? Wait...!!"
Looking closely a dark figure arrives with 3 other men. He seemed to be their leader by the way they were following them. He looked quickly at his bingo book to see if the man was a criminal since he looked vaguely familiar. On one of the pages was the name "Uchiha Sasuke". They looked similar and the man traveling with him seemed like they were his Hebi/Taka group. He looked keenly at the man as he approached further while the others retreated into the woods.
"Aha I see so you ARE Uchiha Sasuke! (Closes book in one hand and speaks while he puts away the book)
So you won't mind if I bring you in right? Let's get this over with already!"
Not missing a step, Shin channels his chakra, molds it, and releases it after clapping his hands together. The released chakra takes the form of water as Shin manipulates it into a giant, swirling vortex. He sends it forward towards Sasuke, hoping that it will crash against him. If not it will at least keep him on his toes.
As the water begins to head towards you, Shin strings together the Tiger → Snake → Dog handsigns that helps channel his chakra and mold it. He then extends his right arm out in the direction of the swirling vortex of water and releases the chakra he gathered into an electrical current. The electrical current, through Shin's manipulation, travels forward, giving off the sound of birds moving on. The electrical current connects with the water vortex and travels quickly throughout all the water that Shin had released.
The as his last set of moves, Shin quickly channels chakra to his feet. He then strings together the Ram → Tiger handsigns as he molds his chakra and channels it to his hands. Shin then kneels down on the floor and releases the chakra in his hands. The released chakra transforms into a sticky-type of water that slowly begins to overtake the field. It spreads to reach all the way into long-range of himself. His chakra infused soles allow him to walk on the water unscathed. He looks on while kneeling down and gives off a satisfied smirk.
"Escape that you no-life."
