Background Info.
History: Not much is known about Chōjūrō before the kage meeting, except for a few simple facts. He is a relatively new member to the seven swordsman and that he has risen to a rank high enough to be trusted with the protection of the Mizukage. Once the Mizukage and her bodyguards, Ao and Chōjūrō, arrived at the kage summit, Chōjūrō and Ao had to be on guard at all times in case of an attack. Chōjūrō and Ao protected the Mizukage against many dangers most notably when Chōjūrō smashed Sasuke though a wall.
After leaving the Summit, they stayed close to Ao, who was pursuing Danzō. Once they reached Ao, he almost beheading himself, luckily the Mizukage intervened. She realized that he was under an enemy's control, and requested to use Hiramekarei to set him Free. It turned out that it was Fū in disguise, he insulted her for finding out. She then punched Ao before realizing that the opponent had already left.
