Great, as expected of a fellow sniper. ^^ The next one i'll teach you is fire based and is unmatched in speed. You with need to infuse several arrows with fire chakra and which you will use to create flames all around the arrows. Along with that, more flames should be produced from the back of arrow, propelling them at incredible speeds. Let's see what you can do with this one.

(Sogeki no Geijutsu: Roketto-dan)- Sniper Art: Rocket Bullets

Description: Several arrows shot at a target that produce intense flames around them and emit jets of flame propelling them at extreme speeds. The fire chakra within the arrows protect them from being damaged by the flame.
-Usable 3 times per battle
-No A-rank or higher fire jutsu next turn

I take out three arrows from my pouch and start to charge my katon chakra in them and make it so that they are completely engulfed in fire, I then place the arrows on the string of my bow and take the appropriate stance, I then stretch the string backwards and shoot them towards a near by forest cover at the time of release I pass more amount of katon chakra in the arrows and manipulate the fire juts like a jet of geyser, I then release the arrows and they travel it tremendous speed toward the forest two of them enter arc patter and strike three different tree simultaneously and slowly start to complete the entire forest in fire, I then charge one of my arrow with suiton chakra and release it towards the fire to settle it down.

I recommend starting the effects of these jutsu after you have shot them. Wouldn't want to damage your bow right? The next one is wind based and is my favorite. ^^ You'll have to infuse a number of arrows with wind chakra and fire them from your bow. The next step is to release chakra from the arrows in the form of drill-like vortexes surrounding them. You could direct the arrows by controlling the vortexes, making them very hard to avoid. On top of that, the vortexes can tear through an s rank technique and allow just the arrows to pass through.

Description: The user shoots numerous arrows from his bow infused with a large amount of wind chakra at a target that augments their speed and generates rapidly spinning wind vortexes resembling drills that can be guided and will tear through a target and any obstacles in their way. The vortexes protect the arrows and allow the arrows to continue after they have hit a jutsu of the same rank.
-Usable 2 times per battle and once per turn

I just like previous time start to charge few arrows with chakrra but this time it is wind type chakra instead of Fire, As soon as I am done charging them and I release that chakra from the arrow in shape of a wind-drill it resembles much like a vortex surrounding the arrow, I then shoot those arrow towards the forest and literally tear down trees and causes the trees of the forest to come out of ground.

FEW QUESTIONS.

Can it even go through S rank Fire because it stats all S rank techniques?

Exactly how fast is the arrow?

How Fast is the Fire arrow technique?

To answer your questions:

It cannot go through S-rank fire but it can for A-rank.

70 meters per second

100 meters per second

This is the last one. Infuse six arrows with lightning chakra to generate lightning around the arrow sort of like chidori in arrow form that not only makes the arrow powerful but fast. Before you shoot them you can designate a specific path for each arrow to follow if you don't want them going strait but you cannot change where they go while they are in flight. A way to to take advantage of this is to have metal wires attached to the arrows which become electrified and could trap your target. This move is strongest when performed with shadow clones or even me if i'm around. xD Try it out.

Chakra Cost: 30 (+10 with clones)
Damage: 60 (+20 with clones)
Description: Six arrows surging with lightning energy are shot from the user's bow at high speed to accurately strike multiple targets. They each follow their own designated path and are seen as bright streaks of light. Metal wires may be attached to and made more durable by the arrows' lightning so they could paralyze targets ensnared by them. When performed in collaboration with a minimum of 2 shadow clones, an additional 6 arrows can be shot by each clone for a stronger attack.
-Usable 3 times per battle
-No S-rank or higher lightning techniques next turn
-Must have a bow

I take out six arrows and start to pass my lightning chakra in them, this not only increases there power but also there speed, I then decide upon specific path for each arrow so that each one strikes a different target/tree.
