[Suggestion] CFS, CE and Summon jutsu submission

As most people, when creating a Custom Fighting Style or Summon have already an Idea of what they want to create, I suggest to make a new submission thread in the jutsu section, allowing you to submit all 15 jutsu/summons you want at once... this could have the same rules as this thread:

I think it will make things easier, as it's a real pain to have to submit 2 or 3 jutsu each week... and it will also keep things more organized, as the custom jutsu thread will only have custom jutsu.

I also suggest to make a different thread for custom weapons, as technically, they are not jutsu. As each person is only allowed one weapon, checking them will be much quicker...

Finally, I suggest to remove Madara's and Tobi's restriction, since, as of now, we have a pretty good Idea of what they are capable of... (their power will need to be limited though)

So you want everyone posting in the cj thread now, to be allowed to post more than 3 jutsus per week? I know it sounds nice, but that'd take a hell of a lot longer to check and it just means more work for the mods.

For the C/w thing, I don't have much to say.

Madara and Tobi's restrictions: We haven't see everything Tobi and Madara can do yet, so they can't make their abilities. I'm sure they'll have something up their sleeves, I mean they're about to fight Naruto, Gai and Kakashi.. o_o

First, we are allowed to have 10 CJs for summons/CFSs. Second, they still are CJs, so there can't be another thread. Third, if they'll allow it (which'll never gonna happen, but lets assume) then they'll be dead by checking those summons/CFS CJs. Coz then every person will be able to submit 20 CJs. And if per week, only 20-30 people submit CJs, then also it'll be 400 around CJs to check for mods, which'll surely kill them. You can't expect them to spend their full day in checking "only" CJs. They also have many other important works to do.

As of weapons, each can have only 1. And most people already have theirs. So nope, they are not gonna make a new thread which'll remain "empty(missing the word xd)".

As of the Madara and Tobi's restrictions, they are not going to be removed unless they die/ or their full potential will be shown. Coz if restrictions are released now, then passing the test would be hard, indeed. But if in future, they are shown with something more formidable, then the test would be more hard to pass. And people who passed the test already would be somewhat lucky to get the bio before the original rules come. So wait until they die.

Yes, because checking 3 jutsu a week isn't hard enough, infact it's such a walk in the park for Mods that we should bump it to 15 jutsu as week shouldn't we? ^_^

CW thing doesn't sound that bad, but then you'd probably get a ton of people posting CW's in that thread simply for "The sake of it"

As for the Tobi/Madara thing. First Zen/Cali or another mod has to go through their abilities, come up with the right restrictions, convert their abilities so that they will work properly in the RP without being overpowered, get Nexus's approval and some other stuff which is a moderately long process in itself. Also we don't know the extent of either of their abilities yet LOL. For all we know Tobi could have a shizload more Uchiha abilities that he hasn't shown so as to simply not give anything away. Then Madara, we don't even know the slightest thing about the scale of his abilities and the things that we do know is that he's OP'd managing to take out 5 kages at once, and you want to release that into the RP system without getting the full grasp on the situation? o_o

The entire point of the 3 customs per cycle rule is so that mod's have a manageable amount of customs to check in a reasonable amount of time. In other words, even if it may be more "convenient" for the members, you're basically asking us to make three major exceptions (summons and CFSs are being submitted all the time, and somewhat CEs) to the 3 limit. That simply won't happen. And if it did, there's no need of a new thread for that.

Giving CWs their own threads. I find that as simply unnecessary. They're working fine the way that they are. A new template can be made, but ultimately it would be, in essence, the same template that is already being used tailored for CWs, which just isn't needed.

And obviously we can't remove the Madara and Tobi restrictions until there are biography rules on them. Not to mention that they're just starting another major fight so... yeah, dunno why you'd think that we've seen everything.

As for Madara and Obito bio rules, those will be released when they are finished. Like any other rule in the RP.
