CES Sakura vs base Naruto and Base Lee with restrictions

That's debatable. Lee isn't famous for his intelligence. Not to mention without the gates he lacks the speed and defense to protect himself.

Sure, his body is not average, but he never tanked the shockwaves of an attack which was strong enough to destroy massive stone walls.

Anyways I admit Lee might be able to survive it, but I hope you don't believe he tanks it with zero damage.

He is clearly more intelligent than a juubi goo based on the whole fact that Lee is a human. Don't be hatin on such level.

He can survive a direct hit that pulvirized a concrete wall, not even a wave, a blunt hit.

Willpower or not he has the ability to pulling of the feat, will is one of the strengths of a human.

I dont say he would be go off in no damage, but he can endure it. Plus Sakura only striked the ground when there were a number of opponents and Kakashi was hiding. Even then Kakashi was able to survive and shrug off onslaught despite him being in the ground, a more direct than shockwaves:

Hell naw I wouldnt because my fav character's arsenal have versatility and dont rely on punching the ground every time and creating a shockwave.. every time I see a debate with sakura or tsunade its always the old smash the ground and creates a shockwave..

that shit get's annoying as hell, and I know its not their fault because their fodder but damn...

Going by Caterpillar's and Prince Charles' logic, Rock Lee survives Hirudora because Hirudora is basically a shockwave attack. It doesn't matter whether he survives it or not, a crippled Lee would lose in taijutsu to Sakura

Anyway, Sakura wins mid-high difficulty. The faster Lee runs, the worse he is going to trip. @RikeSenju, can you actually explain how Lee wins?

I don't see Sakura or Tsunade's shockwaves taking Kisame out of comission or tackling a Susanoo meters away like Hirudora, they are completely different levels of shockwaves.

Of course but they are still a form of valid attack and should not to be used to belittle Sakura or Tsunade because Gai's strongest attack is creating shockwaves by idiotically punching the air. I don't see people mocking Gai by saying, Gai wins by punching the air.

No one has yet to come up with a good argument on why Lee wins. Should I go with Sakura low difficulty instead?

You pretty much summed it up. There's no point in comparing the shock waves considering hirudora is completely on a different scale than a ordinary shockwave.

Cuz Gai has better feats with that shockwave.

Main argument:
This would come down to taijutsu and i don't think i need to show who is better at the field. Everything will occur in close range, Sakura won't attempt the ground when she has someone whom she should protect from. And why everyone is forgetting Naruto? He is decent and can create openings.

A kick from Omoi handled her (wo seal) and there is nothing suggests her stamina/durability (at base, no ninjutsu) gotten better.
Replace Omoi with someone with a better taijutsu, speed and strength.
