Anyone else realize how OP this guy is? Not only is he top twenty to thirty fictional characters, but the dude could always grow more powerful if the opponent has minimal intel. His frieza dna allows him to survive intense damage and breathe in space.

Piccolo lets him regenerate, further agumented to the point where it he could regenerate from a single cell. In a fight against Cell, even if you're stronger than him by x 20. A few rounds of killing him and his saiyan dna will naturally make him stronger.

How strong? Goku went from around Ginyu's level to Final Form Frieza's [30%] level who was beyond a power level of a million. Multiple times greater.

So that kind of boost each and every death, Cell could take out any fighter in a 1vs1 because he can always regenerate and become stronger as his foe weakness. Cell truly is perfect

cell fanboy. defeated by 50% ssj2 kid gohan. buu trashed majin vegeta and ssj2 teen gohan. cell is no threat to him.
and cell is just freeza all over again, except with new abilities that make him stick around like a cockroach. no real uniqueness.

you know...if you have to pretty much kill yourself every time you meet someone stronger, theres no proof he can do so before the opponent finishes the job, or even if he'll survive and regenerate a second time. thats a huge misconception. cell cannot blow himself up infinitely. he survived by luck and accident the first time. and isnt willing to risk it again
