They are pretty similar to their healing factor, just that Buu ultimately has the bettrr "sealing" when he absorbs...
Trade-off is when Buu's victims break free - Buy looses powers; whereas when Cells' victims break free, he keeps their power (ya know, after he became perfect. He reverts when an android got spat out).
