If it is one or two photos they could make some excuses but there are so many and if you have seen them, they are obvious, there also many they taken with their friends.

They are stupid because there are so many people who want to see them naked but they used iCloud storage with weak passwords . Also their lawyers were trying to sue Google like wtf
