Appearance

Celebrimbor has always been described as being stern looking and quite cold in comparison to his Noldor brothers. Though this is probably due to the horrors of his life thus far. Celebrimbor is a fairly sized elf, being smaller than a lot of his brothers also reaching only around 6'5. With jet black hair that reaches his lower back and piercing blue eyes that seem to glow with holy fire. Befitting his status as a master smith Celebrimbor is almost always wearing a suit of mithril armor so light it's almost akin to wearing nothing at all. Along with his mithril crown that he wears atop his head, his recurrent color theme is silver and blue, the silver being mithril usually. Being near immune to illness he never fears getting cold so doesn't have to worry about thick clothing which allows him to be more agile.
Celebrimbor uses a unique combination of weapons compared to other elves, the normal elven bow separates in to two short swords however with modifications to his own, Celebrimbors splits in to one longsword and a dagger. A memento of his ranger friend Talion. Each of the weapons are named uniquely.

Personality
Celebrimbor was once a kind, pure, and gentle soul like all of the Elves since they gained their bloodline trait through the Amber from the tree of life. However the tortures he endured at the hands of Sauron made him quite vengeful and angry despite his heritage, this trait is noticeable in his holy fire, while most elves appear golden Celebrimbors appears more silver and blue, following his theme colors but also showing his somewhat corruption at the hands of Sauron.
Something interesting when compared to other elves is Celebrimbor's obsession with crafts, leading others in his race to sometimes laughingly compare him to the dwarves. Celebrimbor is a master smith capable of forging all manner of weapons and armors, as well as being responsible for crafting the rings of power including the one ring held by the dark lord Sauron. Though he was tricked in to doing so by the dark lord.

History
Celebrimbor was a Ñoldorin prince, last of the House of Fëanor left in Middle-earth, ruler of the Second Age realm of Eregion, and the forger of the Rings of Power. He was the son of Curufin, fifth son of Fëanor and Nerdanel.
Celebrimbor settled into Eregion during the Second Age, and in SA 1500, Sauron befriended him, claiming to be sent down by the Valar as an emissary. He then took control of the smiths and instructing them to craft a set of rings, which would eventually become the Rings of Power, as he in secret created the most powerful of them all, the One Ring.
Celebrimbor was the one to forge the most powerful of the Nine Rings, only weaker to Sauron's very own. These were the rings of the Elves: Vilya, Narya and Nenya. Unable to lay his hands on them, Sauron attacked Eregion, destroying the land and capturing Celebrimbor, putting him under extreme torment until he disclosed the whereabouts of the lesser rings. But Celebrimbor refused to disclose the locations of the Elvish rings, and thus he died under harsh conditions and the torture he was subjected to. Though this is merely what was said to have happened.
It is revealed later that Celebrimbor was not, in truth, immediately killed at the hands of Sauron, after the Dark Lord's assault on Eregion, but instead brought to Mordor to perfect the One Ring. It is here that Celebrimbor imbues the ring with a "mind of its own". However, Celebrimbor, tempted by the power of the Ring, at the last moment, steals it from Sauron, slipping into the Wraith world to escape.
Celebrimbor, corrupted by the power of the Ring and determined to now conquer Mordor, builds an army of Uruks within Sauron's own to match him. The war between the two progresses, until finally, the two meet, Sauron actually taking physical form to do so. Celebrimbor uses the ring to best Sauron in single combat, having nearly mastered its powers. However, at the last moment, before the killing blow, the Ring being a part of Sauron slips off of Celebrimbor's finger and onto Sauron's; The Ring is itself a part of the Dark Lord's own power, therefore it answers only to him. With the power of the One Ring his once again, Sauron takes Celebrimbor and his surviving family captive.
Following this, Sauron proceeds to slaughter Celebrimbor's wife and daughter as vengeance, while the tortured Elf is forced to watch. Once both lay dead, Sauron takes his fair form, then uses Celebrimbor's own smithing hammer, the one Sauron gave to him as a gift, to viciously bludgoen him, finally using the pick side to finish him off. But at the last moment the Noldor his brothers attacked Sauron led by Illuvatar. Saving Celebrimbor's life the grand smith escaped wounded and broken mentally, but alive and with a soul teeming for vengeance.

Other Information
Raiton Mastery
Having mastered the lightning element so profusely along with his KG, the Holy Fire, Celebrimbor became a great master of the element being able to create any lightning jutsu with a single handseal. Along with being able to ignore the paralyzing effects of lightning.
Katon Mastery
Due to his main clan ability revolving around fire, Celebrimbor also became a master of fire. Being able to perform all fire jutsu faster than others.
Taijutsu Specialist
The Elves are strong and taller than normal men anyway. But having mastered all taijutsu. Celebrimbor became a taijutsu master and specialist as he loved to fight up close in combat to be able to truly get a feel for them as a person.
Sealing Tags
Heavy Artillery Exploding Tags
Having been trained in the art of creating heavy artillery tags by KeotsuEclipse. Celebrimbor uses these unique tags in place of all other exploding tags he owns, due to their clear superiority. Additionally all of these tags have the ouranos gift seal applied to them before battle.
General Seals
As a trained practitioner in fuuinjutsu, Celebrimbor has a reverse four symbols seal on his chest along with having the dragon slayer seals implanted in his throat. He also has weapon summoning seals on both wrists containing throwing knives that he can throw at opponents. Along with these tags he has some unique versions of tags he created, including the howling phantom swords seals on both his hands, the dragon scales seal a gift from his friend, a premade version of the inverted world seal unique to him, placed on his torso should he need to activate it quickly. Additionally a single arrow on his person comes with the six paths of hemostasis seal already applied to it.

Celebrimbor became a meister level user of the custom fighting style known as Vector Cobra, his sealing tattoos are located on his back and are a silver color when released.
