Alright:
  • Perform it (Your choice)
  • Advantages & Disadvantages
  • One battle use
(Raiton: Nechinechi Tekidan) Lightning Release: Sticky Grenades
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user begins by performing two hand seals, once done he uses shape manipulation to change Lightning Chakra into the form of 5-10 tiny birds, which resemble the appearance of Deidara's explosive clay birds, the user then provides it with static properties. Upon finishing the steps above, he then throws them at the opponent with excellent precision and upon contact due to the static nature of the birds, it sticks to them and causes a short range explosion.

Notes: Can only be taught by Ezio..
Notes: Only usable twice per battle
Notes: No Lightning jutsu higher than A-rank, next turn.

I start gathering and focusing my raiton chakra in my body and once I'm done with that I begin channeling the previously gathered and focused raiton chakra towards my hands, whilst performing two quick hand seals.Once I finish with this I begin releasing the previously channeled raiton chakra from my hands, while using nature manipulation to convert the chakra into lightning and shape manipulation to shape the lightning into seven very small lightning birds.Which I then infuse with more chakra, giving them static properties I then throw them at my opponent and as they near him they are drawn to him and stick to him, causing a small explosion where they hit.

Advantages:
1)Mid range.
2)Can for multiple birds.
3)They are drawn towards the opponent.
4)They are birds,I like birds ._.
Disadvantages:
1)Not long range.
2)It has low countering other techniques potential.
3)No Lightning jutsu higher than A-rank, next turn.

Battle scenario:I throw a smoke grenade and while my opponent is blinded I throw these birds at him .-.

Question:Are they formed in my hands?
