Ceaser can remove the oxygen so akainu df is pretty useless and he might not be intangible any more plus he has to worry about not being able to breath if he gets in his range. Does akainu still neg diff? Explain.

Even if the magma was removed like this, a plain Haki punch from Akainu would do the trick. It's a low diff ass-whooping.

As Riker Slade mentioned removing oxygen from air would not affect Akainu's magma. But in case of something like Ace's fire you are right. It would cancel his DF ability. Although Haki would come to be the wining factor , if Ace for example is fast enough to reach caesar and hit him with Haki before getting suffocated.
