You don't need Lee level speed to perform chidori. Sasuke happened to reach that level. Kakashi by feats wasn't that fast in Kakashi gaiden.

Sasuke said in part 1 that 3t was on-par with cs1+2t, even the Kakashi wanker above agrees. Saduke dominates.

Is there a scan of sasuke saying this? Or could you tell me when does he say it? I'm very intersted about it.

This whole Sasuke reasoning about what drains his chakra faster: CS or Sharingan... where can i find it? Was it in VOTE1 or in Sasuke vs Gaara ?
