CE Gaara vs CE Shinki

This is the Shinki we witnessed in the current anime's version of the Chuunin exams vs a CE Gaara restricted from transforming into his bijuu.

Who wins?

Shinki, Gaara was shown to have chakra intensive jutsu while Shinki doesn't seem to have low chakra or restrictions either. Iron Sand is also superior defensively and offensively, Shinki was also by Gaara and knows all of his jutsu or mechanics at the very least. It would be mid diff at best for Shinki if not an outright stomp.

Well bringing up chakra volume is pretty much irrelevant when we know nothing about Shinki's reserves to compare to Gaara's monster own and what makes it that the Iron sand can breach through Gaara's sand when the sand is durable enough to defend against an attack that can cut steel?

And lol for the remainder of your post, i thought same xD but i would think the fact Shinki isn't entirely a stationary fighter as shown vs Mitsuki takes the fight a step higher than the snooze-fest that was Sakura vs Ino.

Its just going to be like i asked Mellanoma cause i legit don't know.. What makes it that the hands would overwhelm his sand that's implied to be > or at least on par with regular steel which is a substance greater than Iron?

If I recall correctly, isn't it stated that the 3rd Kazekage who possessed Iron Sand, was the strongest shinobi in Suna? I figured that should mean all other forms of sand, were inferior by default.

Ignore him he's a biased Gaarastan, chakra used Iron sand is stronger than regular Iron. You can't compare the two or use one(senbon) to dismiss the others(Iron sand's) strength.

lol.. that isn't how it works. For one, Gaara was 15 when that statement was made plus it's pretty much like using the Prime Hiruzen hype stuff at this point. Gold dust which even has the backing of canon to be superior to Gaara's sand didn't give Rasa the win against him. So yeah, actual feats are needed.

But even then, Shinki would have to concentrate on both Attack and defense while Gaara actually needs to concentrate only on attack. Even if Iron sand breaches through Gaara's sand which i doubt it can considering Shinki didn't utilize any sort of penetrative ability with the sand that i can remember, the initial resistance from auto defense gives him the time to break Shinki out of his attack mode by forcing him to go on defense mode.
