Caving=Extreme Sport ?

Hi, guys!

Lately, many people say that caving is extreme sport.

Last month my friends and I were in unexplored cave in my country.

It was little bit dangerous but I don't think that caving is extreme sport. I really didn't feel adrenaline, I was just amazed by beauty I saw.

So what do you think, is caving extreme sport or not?

Though it is not a sport, you aren't competing, nor are you really working up an accelerated heartbeat. It may be "extreme" as in it can be potentially very dangerous, but a sport? In my opinion it is not, but it is surely an interesting thing that I might want to try in the future.

Just a question, did you find any wildlife in there? Spiders, snakes, small animals etc?

Depends upon the type of cave you are going in,
Those dark,deep and steep with a narrow lumen are very scary.
Its extreme and Adventurous,Ya it couldn't provide you with a Adrenaline push, as Sky diving does but surely can raise your beatcount...

I believe you are only able to stay in those caves for a short time, the heat emitted inside that specifc cave. I don't know though, that is just what I heard a few years ago.

I'm not sure either, maybe. But a minute in cave like this would be like a dream come true. =D

Well, the cave from that picture I posted is pretty dark and steep but not even the pictures can't describe you how magnificent that cave is.

Well, that is the main proof for those who think that caving is extreme sport. I was in lot of caves and somewhere I didn't have any equipment. If you look at that picture I posted you'll see that I don't wear any special equipment.
