Because the fireballs have a very high temperature they can inflict major damage and if they are aimed at the sky they may be able to alter the weather and produce thunderclouds by causing air currents to rise. I gather in a portion of my chakra which I then mold into katon type chakra and I take out some shuriken. I then channel my katon chakra to my mouth and face your clone, i breath in and throw the group shuriken at the dummy's body and I breath out the fire onto the shuriken, setting them on fire. The shuriken shoot over and hit the dummy in the chest. The fire then spreads and covers the Dummy, making it a camp fire.
I gather in a portion of my chakra which I start molding into katon type chakra. I then focus the katon chakra and perform the tiger hand seal which releases the fire. I then manipulate the fire into many ghost looking figures with horns and yellow eyes and they all float over to the group of dummies, closing in and burning them all to become a giant bonfire!

I breath in the fire and face your clone, aiming for the feet I exhale the fire from my mouth which shoots rapidly over to the dummies feet where it stops and grows suddenly beneath the dummy, creating a pillar of fire that reaches 3 metres high and damages the dummies and launches them.
I gather in a portion of my chakra and then mold it into katon type chakra until I have enough for the technique. I then perform the handseals, Monkey → Bird → Dog → Ram, the fire then releases and eurpts, swirling around me and I then manipulate it with my arms and I throw them forward at the dummies and the swirling ball of fire incinerates the wooden men, incinerating them.
I gather in a portion of my chakra which i begin to mold into katon type chakra until I have enough. I then begin to perform the hand seals, Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger, I expel by spitting out the fire as a ball and it hits the ground, manipulating in shape to form a spider, another part of the fire circles the clones and the spider launches itself at them, burning and circling them.
Good, good. For this one simply exhale a powerful stream of fire at your target. Since it needs no handseals, it's more useful than the others you have done before.

After gathering a portion of my chakra I utilize it with my Fire training and mold it into Katon, this allows me to use flames, I channel the fire chakra through my body and into my mouth, Inhaling. I then exhale and release the fire, it shoots out as a simple stream yet it was much more powerful than the streams that I had performed before.

I extend my right arm out to my left side and swing it around in front of me all the way around the the right side, whilst I did this I released all the flames and then expand these flamed, manipulating them to form a wall big enough to protect my whole body. After gathering a portion of my chakra I utilize it with my Fire training and mold it into Katon, this allows me to use flames, though I draw mt sword first and run at my opponent, the sword is within my right hand. when im close enough to attack I slash him diagonally from the top left to bottom right; then the same but on the opposite side, creating an X mark on his chest. As soon as I do this I jump high into the air and release the flames I built up within me as a fireball from my mouth, engulfing the opponent in flames.
Superb. Now perform the Tiger handseal and spew a flamethower-like stream of fire at your targets feet. On impact it should lift the target in a column of burning flames. Keep in mind the short range of it. Try it out.

Mahiro ran into view with a packback full of things, it'd been a while since he had been doing fire training, but the uchiha had been practicing a lot in his spare time. From the distance he saw the fire rain down at the location, he was late but also thankful he wasn't there to get blown up.
When he reached the training grounds he saw Feitan and placed his backpack down on the ground.
An expression of relief ran through Feitan's face as soon as Mahiro showed up. Feitan really thought that no one would show up, but now that his student did, it was time to get down to business. Feitan walked slowly and stood mid range in front of Mahiro and started introducing himself.
"Hello there, I'm called Feitan and that's right, from now on I am your Fire teacher. Now, since I hate to prolong things unnecessarily, show me what can you do with Fire."
Mahiro nodded his head and made a stance with his legs, spreading them out he focuses his chakra. Moulding it into the burning fire he had learned beforehand. He performs a Tiger hand seal and then thrusts his head forward, his thumb and index finger making a loop with he places in front of his mouth. Fire is release from between his lips in the shape of Three Dragon head shaped fireballs, they don't go straight forward, they are manipulated to go upwards. One of the fire balls goes straight up while the other 2 spin around it in two different directions. They fade away as they get further and further away.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.
His student had performed a rather powerful technique and Feitan felt lucky that he directed that above in the sky. Slowly clapping to encourage Mahiro, Feitan clears his throat before replying and explaining his training procedure.
"Alright, it looks like you've learned a handful of fire techniques. That means we're only a few techniques short from you completing it. We will begin as soon as possible. It would be best if you were to give me the performance and after that state two pros and cons. We will be going by two techniques a time."

Description: The user does one handseal and inhales while molding a great amount of chakra into their lungs and expelling a large stream of flames from their mouth. The user has control over the concentration of the technique, being able to produce a narrow jet of flames, highly concentrated or one that will widen along its range. The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.
Do one hand seal and gather large amounts of heated chakra in your lungs before expelling an enormous stream fo flames from your mouth. Since it is a stream you have complete control over it, meaning you can decide on what the shape and size of it will be. For example, you can make it narrow or expand it so it covers a lot of range horizontally. The flames are pretty hot -- so hot they can quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a short sequence of time.

Description:
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

After you perform the four necessary handseals, knead up your fire chakra and inhale as much as possible. You will then exhale several massive fireballs from your mouth (up to 8). They reach their peak before raining down on your target. These fireballs cause severe and widespread damage around the battlefield since they have explosive capabilities. The target would of course get turned to ashes if they're hit.
Mahiro's response to his Teacher when he clapped, he then listened to what he had to say, taking in the information as he did before. The first seemed simple, the second was more complex.
The Uchiha took a deep breath as he built up the fire chakra into his lungs, to focus he performed a hand seal to stabalise the large amounts of fire chakra he was about to expel. Through his neck and mouth it is exhaled, it was hot so hot that it immediately gave him a sweat. The Fire stream was narrow, he manipulated it so it was like this, aiming it specifically so that it fire up and over his Teacher. The Flames stopped and he took in air.
"The pros are that it can be used in two different ways, it can be aimed or spread out - giving it some versatility. Not much but some anyway. Also the fire is so hot it can evaporate water, meaning it would get rid of water sources.
The cons are that it requires a hand seal and it's a simple streaming fire technique, I mean it's not really a con but it's just obvious. Nothing spontaneous."
Mahiro moved on. Building up fire chakra again he performed more hand seals instead, Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram. He exhales the fire from his mouth aimed for the sky, fireballs - only five. When they get very high Mahiro manipulates the Fireballs to fall back to the ground, raining down upon his target which was way in the distance so they were safe. The fire was dangerous and fire is unpreditictable, the hit the ground with force and explode - causing destruction all over. His face lit up as the destruction happened in the distance, he turned to his teacher.
"Pros are that it's a very strong and powerful technique, so much damage even for an S-Rank Jutsu. You have a range of fireballs to choose from and it's an attack that comes from above.
Cons are that it requires a large amount of handseals. It's also a shame that they have to be shot from the mouth and rise up before they fall back down to the earth, instead of just forming in the air."
(OOC : The "Can only be used by Fire Primary Specialists." Note is really stupid, if you're a primary fire specialist it completely nullifies the amount of hand seals. Should be available by all.)

Feitan's mouth a little opened as he records the performance of his student with his eyes. He had quite some skill and Feitan commended him by nodding. "Nice elaborations. Let's move on"

Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.
Feitan hands out a scroll to his student. "Apply fire chakra to this scroll and you should be able to summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards a target. Upon contact, this coiling creature explodes, causing major damage to the target and as well leave burning marks to them. Try it."

Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.
Yet once again, Feitan hurls a scroll. "This time, you will summon a tiger made of flames. The swift animal will jump up and strangle the enemy, not letting him move. By this feat alone the target should be able to get burnt, however the best part is yet to come. With a simple command on your side you can make the tiger explode, similar to a paper bomb. This explosion can be quite lethal since the tiger is actually upon contact with that target."
Mahiro smiled in response to his teacher's compliments. Again he listens, taking the first scroll he looks at it strangely - this was new to hit. He then took the second which he pocketed for now.
"Alright."
He held the first in hand, looking at it as he moulded fire chakra - it became easier to him now, he continued to observe the scroll however. He firmly gripped it with the other hand's thumb slightly pealing at the opening he channeled the built up Katon chakra through his arms and into the scroll. "Bakuryugeki!" with a shout and a pull of the scroll it unravelled and from the very seals that made up the scroll it lit up and fire erupted. A Dragon of Majestic destruction thrusts forward exploding on impact with the trees further into the distance.
"Pros are that it's just so cool looking, it's "easy" and simple. And a dragon that explodes on impact is awesome. It's pretty simple, not much else to say.
Cons are that it requires a scroll to perform, you'd have to have them on your bio and pull one out - basically telling your opponent there is an attack about to happen. Taking out and unravelling a scroll wastes time."
Mahiro takes out the second scroll, letting the first fall to his feet he channels his Fire chakra once again after building it up. He unravels the scroll and releases something different, not a dragon but a Tiger made of flames. It leaps out and runs around Mahiro, he watches it do so and chuckles. He had all sorts of pets now. Mahiro commands the tiger which runs towards Feitan, roaring a menacing roar it simply runs passed him instead, leaping for a Practice Dummy it grabs on to it - with another command it lights up and explodes, sending the dummy to mannequin heaven.
"Pros are that you have more command over this than the dragon, the tiger can be direction at a target and it can burn and latch on then explode. And the fact that it's an S-Rank Paper Bomb.
Cons are that it also requires the use of a scroll, like I said before it takes up time and makes things obvious. Tiger only really has one function and that is to suicide bomb, it would be better if it could bite and slash - making the explosion an endgame. Oh well."
