Hello All.... I was a hardcore naruto fan... then life got ahead of me

I was up-to-date with all episodes an manga... but i died off for a good EVER -__- like for Manga i was at Naruto learning how to control the kubi, an episodes it was Naruto vs Pains..... Im way behind...

Can anyone fill me in to the current manga/episodes I really just feel like starting from episode 1 (both) an work from there
