Well I can use this to really confuse the heck out of my opponent, making them think I am in one location rather than the other. I can also use this to let them believe that they are under a illusion where I have many clones, or that I am moving superbly fast that they are afterimages due to my speed. This also allows me to conceal the origin of my attacks.

This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming
This one can also be used as a 'illusion' since the opponent won't see the rain but can feel it, so they may not believe that it's rain, but of course there is the meta game no Jutsu to be used >_>. also since things are created using this are pitch black and unseeable, then the opponent is pretty much screwed, also we can use this ability to make the opponent believe that for example Y type element attacks don't affect me, I can sell this to them through always blocking techniques from Y type element as they are about to reach me, making the opponent believe that I am indeed immune to those attacks.

The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .*

ok, so now i want you to focus on rain which is still out of our sight in the sky and by using shape manipulation i want you to concentrate a lot of rain drops into 1 place and shape them into 1 spear
I begin by amassing my chakra, gathering it, preparing it, choosing the right proportion, then I focus said chakra on the portion of the rain which is out of sight, I then begin to manipulate the rain drops, with precise shape manipulation and concentration, the rain drops begin to take a form, that form is that of a long trident spear.

ok, good enough, now i want you to concentrate chakra on my clone so that it would attract high amount of Rain so that in the end it will have a lot of Water on it which will pin it to the ground so that it won't be able to move

I access my awesome chakra pool inside my body, I navigate myself past the sexy hoes hanging on the pool, and reach the deep end that is labeled rain release, I dive into the part, gather a lot of it into a bucket, and then throw said bucket to your clone, the clone gets hit by the bucket and falls over :/ Oh crap I need to use then water.
I once again access my chakra pool, gather the required Ameton chakra, and through the usage of precise chakra control, I project said chakra on another clone. My chakra affects the clone, acting as a magnet for rain drops, the rain drops all around come closer and stick to him, weighting him down, preventing him from moving, through attaching to the ground.
Advantages; well it screws up a lot of opponents rather easily, it prevents movement, and also makes the target prone to lighting since he is wet.
Disadvantages; it needs rain z.z, also it needs the ground to capture the opponent completely, that can get annoying sometimes.
Protect; Maybe the lightweight technique can work, also the earth armors would work, also if I destroy the earth then I am save.
Strategy; Follow it up with lightning, I can use the grudge rain that sucks Chakra with this, that would be nice ;p.
