I would like to point out and clarify some apparent inconsistencies between Sasuke, Orochimaru and Suigetsu's conversations and how this relates to the possibility of Sasuke voluntarily allowing Orochimaru to assimilate with him:
Objection 1: When Sasuke revives Oro and asks him to help with the scroll, Oro is initially hesitant. In fact he actually tells Sasuke that hes to young to know the sort of things that he wants to know. Now if Sasuke is planning to offer his body to Oro, even for a limited time, why would Oro act this way? If Sasuke using the scroll requires him to give himself to Oro, then Oro would have immediately gone along with the plan with no hesitation whatsoever. But he doesnt, he actually tries to persuade Sasuke against using the scroll. Suigetsu's fear's then were clearly not completely rational and were not some knee jerk reaction to seeing his former tormenter either as he continues to cower long after its clear theres no threat.
Reply to Objection 1: Because Oro knows he was incapable of presently taking over Sasuke, he admitted this fact himself, that he was not able to take Sasuke's body, yet, which means he knows that Sasuke himself would open the opportunity for him to allow that (like allowing Oro to possess him) because if Oro said that then he is confident that he cannot be disposed of even after meeting TOWKE, because surely if he knew he was dispensable after using the scroll and meeting TOWKE then he would have not said his true intentions, afterall Orochimaru is no "fool" so why would he lessen his chances of taking Sasuke's body by announcing his intentions if he knew that Sasuke could easily take him out if he tried to make a move after meeting TOWKE, so it's logical to assume that Orochimaru was fully confident that he cannot be disposed of even afterwards (using the scroll, meeting TOWKE) and that can only be possible if Sasuke himself allowed Orochimaru inside himself. Now, Oro tried to question Sasuke's motives because he knows that he does not immediately gain anything in assimilating with Sasuke (since by his own admission, he can't yet) so it would seem, at least to some people's assumption, that he was deterring Sasuke from using the scroll and meeting TOWKE while in actuality it was merely morbid curiosity in Oro's part playing his mind games with Sasuke (which after Sasuke has stated his resolve, Orochimaru was smirking in delight thinking how Sasuke has changed since the days he and Itachi were manipulating him) and he intended to help Sasuke out no matter how Sasuke answered, why would Oro lessen his chances of "body conquest" by being extricated from Sasuke (the scroll was not used, but Sasuke let him go or he escaped, it lessen his chances to take over his body) and be disposed of (If Sasuke decided not to use the scroll then he would have been eliminated for being of no use) if he truly intended to deter Sasuke from using the Scroll, so it only stands to assume by rational assumption, that Orochimaru was merely evoking Sasuke's reply to his questions, with the intention to help him either way to satisfy his morbid curiosity.
Objection 2: Suigetsu is terrified of Oro and is thinking of every potential danger (no matter how unlikely) that Oro can bring. Rationally arguing that Oro most likely doesn't pose a threat isn't important here because we're talking in terms of what Suigetsu personally fears.
Reply to Objection 2: Suigetsu was terrified because he knew what Sasuke was planning because he read the scroll himself when he initially found it, so it's not a personal fear of Suigetsu over Oro in relation to Sasuke But a fear that is grounded on the consequences of Sasuke's intended actions in relation to Orochimaru and the scroll (whether he was overestimating or underestimating him is irrelevant) the point of the matter is his fear was grounded in relation to the scroll and the revival of Orochimaru, therefore Sui's worries were grounded and rational. He said so himself "I bet you intend to revive Orochimaru to use that scroll"
Objection 3: Suigetsu said "Then we of the Hawk would have to raise arms..." after pointing out that Oro also wants to crush the leaf. He knows that Sasuke wants to do this himself, so if Oro made a move against the leaf, Taka would have to raise arms against him. That is what Suigetsu was trying to point out to Sasuke to deter him from reviving Orochimaru
Reply to Objection 3: That is a misinterpretation of Suigetsu's intentions, if we base it on the context of their discussion and the panel preceding him saying that, one would know it's directly related to participating in the war "If he knows about this war, then he will want to join it (in relation to) he wants to destroy Konoha too, meaning it will make it twice harder for Hawk to fight in the war and destroy Konoha at the same time. And since Hawk's objective is to destroy the Hidden Leaf, fighting the Shinobi Alliance along with Konoha would drastically reduce their chances of achieveing their goal.
Objection 4 : What Suigetsu intended when he said that "he (Orochimaru) wanted to destroy the leaf too" was to convince Sasuke not to revive Oro because Orochimaru would destroy the Leaf Village before him (Sasuke) this was demonstrated when Kabuto tried to offer his help to Sasuke in crushing the Leaf, Sasuke scoffed his offer saying that his vengeance on the leaf is his alone.
Reply to Objection 4: I don't think the idea of Orochimaru beating Sasuke out from destroying the leaf first (who destroys what first) was a concern Suigetsu tried pointing out to deter Oro's revival, nor was that his intention, nor does Sasuke himself believe and considered that to be a possibility. If his arms were sealed by Shiki Fuujin then he lacks the power to defeat Naruto and the Leaf ninjas who protect the Leaf Village, even when he was in full use of his powers he still failed to take over Konoha, what more now in a weakened, limited and emaciated state? Sasuke and Suigetsu knows full well of the weakened state Orochimaru will be when he is revived (and like I said he even pointed out Oro being armless even when revived). Even Orochimaru himself admitted to be in a weakened state (and Sasuke was more than aware of that). Kabuto's participation is not relevant or imperative to Sasuke's goal and his seeming proposal to give help in accomplishing that so was repulsive to Sasuke because of its' insincerity for Kabuto's true intentions was to place a rift between him and Itachi in the hopes of breaking them up and winning that fight, also, Sasuke had no qualms in seeking Orochimaru's help to achieve his new objective (meeting the one(s) who knows everything) what makes some assume that Sasuke has protestations that Orochimaru will also aid him in destroying the leaf if he still decides to take action on his original goal, seeing that he and Hawk already forged an alliance, and whatever Sasuke will decide after meeting "them" he would still support Sasuke which most probably includes destroying the leaf. And even if we assume that Orochimaru will try to destroy Konoha by himself, don't you think that Suigetsu and Sasuke had no prior knowledge of the impossibility of that, since both he and Sasuke knew of Orochimaru's weakened state, unless of course Sasuke gives Orochimaru the opportunity to become more powerful than ever, so it's only rational to conclude that Suigetsu's fears were scroll-related and therefore rational, that whatever is written in that scroll is risky for Sasuke, for he needs reviving Orochimaru to use it, now some may point out that Suigetsu gave an alternative option for Sasuke to learn it by himself, which Sasuke pointed out was an impossibility since accdg. to him "there are certain things only Orochimaru can do" so Suigetsu's suggestion was a last minute desperation to deter Sasuke from reviving him, why is that so if Orochimaru is weaker than Sasuke? unless of course Sasuke himself opens that possibility, of Orochimaru acquiring his body through insidious means like taking the essence of Orochimaru within himself, which as the story has so far shown us, was the only feasible way for Orochimaru to nearly take over as seen when he emerged from Sasuke's cursed mark when he was depleted of chakra during his fight with Itachi, I don't think Orochimaru's lackeys (if they are even around anymore) would prove to be a threat to Sasuke and Hawk since it's very much a probability that the remnants of those loyal to him are merely fodders that can easily be disposed of and that any of his "master planning" cannot at this point be a feasible way for Orochimaru to take over Sasuke's body, Suigetsu knows this perfectly well, no amount of planning or fodder lackeys can make Oro acquire Sasuke, it is only through his assimilation into Sasuke's being with the consent of Sasuke himself could Orochimaru have the potential to achieve this, that is what Suigetsu fears.
Objection 5: Suigetsu is terrified of Oro and is thinking of every potential danger (no matter how unlikely) that Oro can bring. Rationally arguing that Oro most likely doesn't pose a threat isn't important because what is being talked about is based in terms of what Suigetsu personally fears, not from rational fear concerning Sasuke and the scroll and reviving Orochimaru.
Reply to Objection 5: Suigetsu was terrified because he knew what Sasuke was planning because he read the scroll himself when he initially found it, so it's not a personal and irrational fear of Suigetsu over Orochimaru in relation to Sasuke but a fear that is grounded on the consequences of Sasuke's intended actions in relation to Orochimaru and the scroll (whether he was overestimating or underestimating him is irrelevant) the point of the matter is his fear was grounded in relation to the scroll and the revival of Orochimaru, therefore Sui's worries were grounded and rational.
