Alright you, I'm here to capture you. Alive. This might involve some pain so if you want to give up right now, just say it. Hiruko made a stern facial expression and with a handseal, suddenly chains burst from underneath you. They quickly tied around your feet and continued wrapping around your body, tying your hands and preventing you from doing handseals. The chains made of water soak your clothes making them wet and heavy, slowing down your movements and giving Hiruko the needed advantage. However, to you they seem to be made of very heavy metal that is weighing down on your body and successfully binding you. Easy.

The day was very bland over at the Land of Fire. The sun was out, but clouds congested the sky thus suppressing the beauty that the country is capable of showcasing. Sora was at the Fire Temple as usual doing random chores for the monks. When he finally had some free time he informed the monks that he's leaving to go on a nature walk, but in actuality he was leaving to do some training that he was forbid to do at the temple. Sora wanted to control this curse power that riddled him his entire life, and caused danger to those around him. The monks didn't want him to do no such thing as they feared that it might trigger another disastrous event for them. But sora being the hardheaded person he is did it anyway, but away from the temple in secrecy.
Upon entering a grassy field opening within the forest, Sora decided to stop here as the location gave off the feeling of serenity. While trying to draw out the power of the nine tailed fox by meditating, Sora was disturb by a voice that sounded not to far. This alerted Sora to jump out of his sitting position and onto his feet as he stares across the field at the man who spoke those words.
"Well aren't you full of yourself. You don't even know what I'm capable of, but yet you could make such a bold statement like that? Well, seeing we're on the topic of bold statements, I guess I'll make one of my own. N-"
Before Sora could state his bold prediction, he was bombarded by chains warping around his ankles and then his torso. However, before the chains could have gotten a tight grip on Sora, his body dispersed into a cloud of smoke which cleared up to show a log being binded by the chains instead of Sora. Sora had switched places with a log that was 8 meters behind the short white haired man, which Sora now resides unknowingly to the man. Sora quickly wove one hand seal, while kneeling down on one knee, and created two tangible replicas of himself; one to his left named Ren, and the other on his right named Stimpy. Sora then took advantage of this situation to launch a discreet attack by performing the prerequisite hand seals, and then proceed to slam his hands on top the ground. He streamed his chakra through the ground, and manifested them into a trail of explosive tags that is hidden from the naked eye. As they reach the man location they will crawl up the man's leg in a quick manner until they reach the very top of his head to engulf him in explosive tags. If the man is unable to react or counter to this technique, Sore will proceed to signed the hand seal to detonate the tags thus ending the man's life.

Description:

That's like the cheapest move I've ever seen. Oh well...
As you disappear with a poof of smoke I see a wooden log being left behind. Knowing that it's the substitution technique I observe my suroundings, looking to my left and right. Without seeing you I decide to look behind me and then I notice you kneeling. Begging for mercy already? I see the handseal and witness the creation of two clones and I decide to act upon that. With a swift motion, while turning around I perform a single handseal creating an orb of water in between us. As the orb is created, 3 whips emerge from it. Two of them fly towards your clones impaling them and dispersing while the one directed at you wraps itself tightly around your waist and your arms. Afterwards I grab into my pouches and take out several shiruken with strings attached to them. I throw them in an arc, designed to fly behind you and wrap themself around your body and your hands in order to further prevent your movements and to constrain you properly. As they do so, I send an electrical current through the strings aimed to paralyze you. The current would be enhanced by your soaked and wet clothes due to the water whip that is also holding you.

Sora had successfully escaped the man's chain binding technique, and covertly appeared behind him with two clones by his sides. Sora was planning on taking advantage of his current position by launching a stealth attack, but it was foiled when the man spotted him and initiate his own offense. An orb of water formed between the two opposing parties and revealed three water whips that threatened Sora and his clones. The whips were quick but Sora knew his Wind was quicker. After one swift deep breath and a hand seal, Sora expelled from his mouth a huge sphere of wind that was wide enough intercept the three water whips and continue on towards the orb to end the man's technique. During the time period of the sphere crashing through the orb of water, Stimpy (my right clone) followed directly behind the sphere and then proceed to jump above it to perform "Katon: Gōenka!". Three giant fireballs came crashing down on the man from 65 degree angle while he deals with the giant sphere of wind that's is coming directly at him. Sora and his other clone took precautions and jumped back a few meters to stay clear of the would be aftermath if the two techniques successfully colliding with each other with the man unfortunately being caught in between. Just in case the man does make it out of this predicament, Sora placed an explosive tag on Ren's back and made him transform into a bunny in preparation for Sora next tactic.

Just slightly visible through the water your counter was obvious and it forced me to drop my original idea of reaching for my shuriken. A deep breath and a handseal signaled either a fire or wind technique and the timing was perfect. With a simple handseal you get caught in an illusion that affects your brain so that you lose control over your own wind technique. As you prepare to blow it out, it backfires at you, cutting your lips and blasting you backwards. Simultaneously, as one of your clones pushed itself off the ground it got caught by the water whip that was still there and never defended against, since your wind technique failed. Same happened with the other clone before you ever got to the explosive tag part. With both clones being removed from play and you suffering from your own S rank technique, most likely hazed, blown backwards and wondering what just happened I follow the initiative. With a flick of my finger, an invisible thread is shot at the speed of an arrow and aimed at your neck. As it connects, a powerful lightning current surges through it and due to the proximity to your brain it knocks you unconscious.

Description: The user preforms 1 handseal, casting a genjutsu that affects the opponents' brain, making him loose control over his own techniques, by exaggerating on the proportions of said technique. For example, if the person goes to spit a fireball, the stream that is spat is bigger than usual, burning the face and anything near it. Or when the person runs electricity through his the body, loss of control makes it short-circuit and shock the body. Or when the user encases him/herself in earth, the earth constricts around the body, harming and preventing breathing. This does not serve to augment the damage of the technique, if the opponent manages to fulfill the technique, it just makes it backfire. This genjutsu doesn't work on every technique nor on every situation, the user must balance the usage of this technique with situations where increasing the technique would make it backfire. Only one jutsu is affected by the technique, the following ones will not be.
*The genjutsu will only affect people from the same rank and bellow. Sharingan users or other Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect one rank above*

Description: The user focuses chakra on the tip of his finger and produces a thin thread of water, nearly invisible to the naked eye, before shooting it in any direction, at the speed of an arrow. The thread itself has the flexibility of water, and can curve and bend at wish. Once it reaches a target, it is able to pierce through clothes and skin, connecting the user's finger to the target, at which point the user releases a powerful current of lightning, which is able to paralyze the opponent completely frozen, for 2 turns. Depending on the area struck, the opponent can even loose consciousness (head) or have difficulty breathing (chest). After contact is made, through what seems like a vaccine sting, the lightning reaches up Mid-Range ( 15m ) in half a second.
Likewise, the user is able to create a net made of water strings, covering an area of 2 meters radius, anywhere short range from the user. Using the same principle as above, the user can send a current though the strings in order to shock the opponent and paralyze him for 1 turn.
*The jutsu ends once the lightning is released
*The chakra natures are divided unevenly, with the lightning part being considered as B rank, and the water part being considered as C rank
*The laid down threads last 2 turns, in case the lightning is not triggered

Due to Smoove forfeiting via VM, McRazor wins this fight. The lightning pierces through the neck, causing the target to pass out unconscious, effectively ending the fight.

Thank you. Just in case, I'll post my ending move to make sure everything is proper.

After seeing the clones vanish and your body being blown backwards, the string connects with your neck and a strong lightning current races through it knocking you out of consciousness. With your body unconscious, all that's left to do is tie you up and make it easier for transport to the hideout. With a few swift motions of his arms, Hiruko's bandages unwrap themselves and launch at your body. Quickly, they wrap themselves around you alike a mummy, tightly enough to prevent movement and safely enough to make sure you still have air to breathe. With another swift motion, I detach the bandages, create a tight knot at the ends and start pulling the bandages by the knot, dragging the body along the ground behind me.
