So:

Naruto - Massive Shadow Clone spam, blitzing speed, and techs that will make Kabuto's life a living hell.

Obito - For stealth. When Kabuto is caught up with Naruto, Obito swoops in and collects Kabuto in to Kamui to capture him.

Kakashi - For observation of Kabuto's abilities and ability to pinpoint his location. Not to mention, he can form the Kamui Tandem with Obito.

Tsunade/Sakura - Either one is an obviously serviceable medical ninja.

Nara, Shikamaru - Mission/Battle strategy. Shadow possession useful.
