I think Naruto and Sauce would honestly stand a chance if they knew how to counter Totsuka and Yata, but I doubt they do.

3. Why not? there is enough space inside it.
4. Yata only protects the front. Naruto can use his speed with his clones to blitz Itachi, his clones will attack from all sides not just the front and will seal itachi's chakra with chakra rods and Sealing rasengan. Sasuke's amaterasu will engulf all of susanoo, not just the front.
