Captain Ginyu, even with his body-replacement technique, fails at the use of it. Furthermore, every one of the instances in which he used it required that the angle between him and the victim be zero, or directly across from him.
He cannot replace bodies if:
1. he is instantly obliterated
2. the angle is slightly off

Except Ino can't stay in the body forever, and she dies if her body does.
Ginyu doesn't have to return to his body, and can use his power from a new host body.... he's actually pretty OP... especially since DBZ has a bad habit of idle stances before battle.
OT: LMFAO in theory he would be!!! Though he'd basically be playing his own version of Majin Buu/Cell!

Lol Why do people act like body switch is hacking? Even if Ginyu takes over a body, he only makes it weaker if the person is stronger than him, if the person is weaker then there's no point in body switch.
Besides, Ginyu would have to be able to hit a body switch first.
