ginyu is hundreds of times faster than mr popo who was stated as the same speed as lightning. the same lightning which according to zetsu is UNAVOIDABLE. he is also hundreds of times more experienced, and physically stronger. goku in chapter 1 was taking bullets to the face and lifting metal cars like its nothing. then we saw android 8 throw a guy like several miles way casually. then we saw oozaru goku smashing apart giant warships and castles. then we saw nappa ripping through a jet fighter with his fist. then we saw frequently the fact that just punching at each other was shaking the planet for miles around (vegeta vs zarbon). then we saw roshi literally catching bullets like it was nothing, hundreds of chapters before raditz did it.
roshi and krillin fought an entire match in less than a second and had to refight it so the audience could understand.
goku and piccolo jr were so fast that kami, with his "god"'s eyes could not keep up with them. despite the fact he flicked away goku like it was nothing and popo admitted kami was way stronger. from vegeta we know ki level increases in direct proportion to speed and strength. the more powerful you are in Ki, the faster and more destructive you become.
so basically ginyu is around hundreds of times faster than lightning if not thousands, whereas the fastest characters in narutoverse can hardly react to mr popo if what we are seeing is correct. and judging by the fact nappa was faster than a fighter jet (which can go hypersonic) that means NAPPA could either lift his 2 fingers and incinerate them with his city buster, or just speedblitz and kill them in one hit. you know the hit that tore through solid metal that withstood hypersonic speeds.
from roshi and piccolo we know that at the end of dragonball we have TWO casual moon busters and by powerscaling, several potential moon busters. raditz is three times as strong as a casual moon buster. so by this logic, raditz is a multi moon buster. and since ginyu is obviously more than a hundred times above raditz....
i mean FFS a casual blast from raditz incinerated a mountain that was MILES AWAY. and with the fact he was 4 times above the speed it takes to dodge lightning...
hax is really not important here. ginyu grabs an edo tensei. makes a bottomless hole in the ground like nappa did, THROWS IT DOWN THERE, and then uses his ki to seal the hole shut forever. someone weaker than him, guldo, possessed pretty powerful telekinesis as did chaozu. so whats stopping ginyu from pointing at these supposed hax human clowns and paralysing them probably just by POWERING UP like in bleach? vegeta at a power of 18 000 was shaking the entire planet by powering up.
ginyu doesnt have a strong will. he gets kotoamatsukami'd
you require a chakra system to be affected by genjutsu. and given that ginyu is thousands of times faster than the time it takes for shisui to process a thought let alone cast a jutsu, im pretty sure narutoverse dies horribly with no effort from ginyu
