Captain America vs Batman

Who would win in this EPIC showdown? I personally have to go with Captain America. Captains intellect, stamina,strength, and other physicall feats would lead him to victory. Plus in terms of combat strategies & tactics Captain America is a genius. The way he moves, his reaction time, his offensive & defensive timing he is too much for batman to handle.

Don't really know a whole lot about Captain 'Merica to even call correct judgement on his part; he never really interested me.

My vote goes to Batman. He always finds a way - can't see why it'd be any different facing 'Merica unless he's just as, if not more adaptable than B-Man. Plus Batman is my favorite hero, so BIAS!!!!
