So we know he can bring you inside him but I wonder what happens if you manage to fight him while inside? If Luffy went in and used Balloon would Capone's real body also expand? If Aokiji or Sabo were in there would his body get cold and hot respectively?

Now that's an even more interesting question. Most likely it would... But what would happen to the castle since DF users lose their powers when in contact of seawater, Would his insides just crumble/vanish and kill everyone inside of him? O_O

They don't lose their powers they lose control of them as shown when Luffy's neck stretched underwater. The DF power still exists they just can't control it. Plus why would Capone put a tub full of seawater in himself?
