I see three scenarios here

(1) Sasuke, Orochimaru and Kabuto join forces to take control over what ever is left after the war.

(2) Orochimaru convinces Kabuto to join him as his side kick again to take control over whatever is left, whiles Sasuke comes to terms with his crimes and he is forgiven.

(3) All three comes to terms with their crimes and are forgiven, leading to the ninja world living happily ever after.

So many unanswered questions. Kishimoto may answer them over time or ignore them. There are far too many to answer in an episode or two.
