Tobirama did defeat izuna and izuna was nearly as strong as madara, but what's interesting is that Harishimas dna seems to be unique even in the senju clan, which is odd, because the uchiha can awaken the sharingan yet the senju dna doesnt seem to have the effect the uchiha dna has on its members.
