Well I agree that Obito is actually good at persuading and making people change sides, he turned Sasuke psycho and would have got Naruto on his side if Hinata didn't stop him.

Far from it, you're crying about people discussing their point of views which one decision plays with peoples hearts giving them a false "filling" of the empty void caused by the loss of a loved one/friend.
