Bro, isn't that the voice actor of Obito Uchiha? You see what's a little strange is that if Obito and Madara's voice was from the same actor then it wouldn't be very good especially during the arrival of the Jubi later on in the Anime. :'(

Maybe Obito was copying Madara's voice so he doesn't become suspicious. When he gets unmasked maybe he'll have another voices, he's real voice.

But if that were to happen, then that would imply that Obito was also just copying spiral-zetsu's voice which would ruin Obito's character because Obito is supposed to be someone who is serious because of the experiences he had in the past like Sasuke. Obito wouldn't be the kind to be fooling around and copying peoples voices. hmm

i also cannot wait for madara to enter anime! im finding the stuff thats happenin right now (minus the fillers) a teeny weeny bit boring, im not really hyped up about it. dunno why... maybe its because ive only recently caught up with the manga, and know that theres way better stuff comin up that just doesnt compare?
