*Law nods after hearing Shanks' instruction. He puts down his sword and gets up from his seat. He stretches his limbs to warm-up. He then lowers himself, taking the proper position to perform push-ups. He begins to do them, lowering his body from the waist-up while keeping his legs steady. He lowers himself until his elbows are a smooth 180 degrees and are in line with his shoulders. He then pushes up, completing one push-up easily. He repeats the process, completing 30 push-ups without breaking a sweat. However, at 35, Law begins to feel the effects of the push-ups, the muscles in his arms and chest tensing up. He completes the 50 push-ups and rolls onto his back. He sits up and rolls his shoulders. He then breathes out and lays back, putting his hands behind his head. He then raises his knees up and begins to do the sit-ups. Like the push-ups, he completes most of them without a sweat, but feels the burn in his abdominals during the last ten. He then get up, sweat starting to form on his forehead. He then walks up to the tree stump and kicks it. The kick doesn't go as smooth as he thought it would, mostly due to the tense feeling in his gut. He kicks it repeatedly. After a while, the kicks begin to get smoother, but take more effort due to him losing some energy with each kick. When he's done, Law stretches his leg, then takes off his hat and puts it next to his sword.*
