Can't see the new banner fully...

There are many people including me who cant see the new banner fully on our desktops...
What we see is this:

but today i was online for the first time on NB through my laptop and saw the whole banner:

Maybe your screen isn't wide enough?

Yard's suggestion basically is the Zoom function.

If you hold Ctrl + Scrolling you will zoom in or out. Probably depends on browser.

If you using chrome. Just Ctrl + Scroll Down and you will zoom out.

There might be two problems:
1. You are viewing the side as zoomed in which Yard suggested to hold control and scroll back to zoom out until you dont see the horizontal scroll bar.
2. A defect in your css loading with your browser, try clearing the cache it helps remove many issues. Search google for you browser "Clear cache for Firefox/Explorer etc"
