I'm guessing you mean suppressing him like he did during their first encounter in Part 2. It's questionable if he can do it again since the Kyuubi is free of its prison now, but I doubt it since Tobi would have likely done the same. Sasuke was skilled but I don't think he was more skilled than Tobi with his Sharingan (at least at that time).

at what point has anybody just taken a tailed beast from within a jinchuuriki if they aren't at their most vulnerable point (child birth)? sasuke cant just take kurama. i doubt even madara can. tobi only got it because the seal was loose on kushina because of giving birth. furthermore, naruto's new seal is more advanced i believe. nobody is going to just take kurama from naruto. they would need gedo mazo or something.
