[Technical Issue] Can't reply to VM?

So I get Visitor Messages but if i go to reply it says something that i have no privileges to do it and i have to go back.

The person who has VM'd you has their VM settings to where only friends are able to reply. Send them a friend request and wait.

Didn't work, I have scorezor as a friend as far as i know,
