She should have honestly learned more skills that fight was short lived and when she bit Zaku, the cringe. Her cutting her hair was iconic though and is one of my favourite moments in part I it had cultural significance and was significant to her character.

She maybe a shit written character, but she is actually better fighter than Naruto and Sasuke in a sense she's not privileged with birth powers and borrowed powers, as much as people hate it. She became legitimately powerful character without any privileges. Not like Naruto whose every accomplishments from Chakra, Jutsu and beating opponents comes from Kyubi. Not like Sasuke who is privileged with Uchiha genetics and soon Hagoromo's power. She became strong by sheer hard work. So, in that sense, she is better than them. Truth hurts people's feelings, though.
