Cant open black ops II

Hello guys can i have some help?

Im finished installing black ops 2 and if i will open it, nothing will appear. What do u think is the problem?

Can anyone help me?

Do you have the recommended settings to play it?
Also, as suggested above, you may be lacking the memory needed to run the game on your computer.

If these don't apply, it may have not installed properly or your computer may be preventing the game from running.
