Can't Neji deactivate Susanoo?

Just a hypothetical battle; Neji vs Sasuke.

Neji blocks Sasuke's tenketsu disabling him to use Susanoo, possibly leaving him paralyzed and open to a heart stopping Gentle Fist technique.

Though Sasuke can break the pressure on his tenketsu using Susanoo...but he couldn't against Kaguya..

Neji and Byakugan is really underrated in this fan base...

Gentle fist can beat Susanoo's but i think to completely obliterate it like Kagz you need enormous chakra.Neji could pass the Susano's defence by hiting on its crucial points or whatever and yes he could stop Sasuke from using it by hitting his Tanketsu..

Exactly that why I said given same chakra Hyuuga can destroy Uchiha's Sussano and also beat MS user shutting down his optical nerves so he/she won't use ms techniques

In theory yes, however in reality, Sasuke would activate susanoo before that or prevent that from happening.

Yes Gentle fist should easily penetrate especially it was established that anything that was made of "Chakra Substance" can easily be destroyed and Susanoo are made of chakra.
