Can't naruto get rinnegan

I think it was implied u need uchiha and senju or a shura and Indra so if naruto put some DNA of sasuke in or parts of him he can have rinnegan? Plus they can be blood brothers be a better plus for naruto

If it took Sasuke,whos a natural born user of Dojutsu and has been using Dojutsu for years awhile to adapt to his new eye then why would Naruto who is not a natural born user of Dojutsu and who has never used or had a Dojutsu suddenly be able to use it well enough instantly as soon as he gets it in battle to give Sasuke trouble?
