Can't Kurama communicate with the Juubi?

We all know that the beasts can communicate with each other, even when they're being controlled. That control only applies to their physical movements, not their minds. We could see this when Tobi was trying to control the beasts before Madara showed up and they were struggling in their thoughts, talking about "how could I let myself be controlled like this", which Octotails (can't remember his name, you know who I'm talking about) commented on how they can all communicate or hear each others thoughts.

Doesn't the same apply to he Juubi?

i think so yeah! since the kyuubi in general is ''part'' of the Juubi he should be able to! thats just talking to himself in a sense, but then again the kyuubi is so obsessed with ''no one can ever stop the juubi'' i dont think he would try too..
