SO yeah, I was talking with SM earlier and she was talking about how could couldn't get to the narutobase homepage.. I didn't think much fo it till I tried to press the "home" button... Which redirects to this page:

Resolution: you simply close the tab with narutobase open & come back in 30min

Working fine for me. Do the usual stuff: close browser, clear cache and temp files and try again. The issue is most probably in your end so be sure to go through the usual "checklist" of things to do and you should eventually get it working again. Sometimes the server you are in "botches up" (so to speak) so another solution is to logout, close browser, wait and then log in again, hoping that you log on another server which has no issue. Though its most likely something simpler than that.
